The customer will be able to use PlatePass® throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

How much does PlatePass® cost?

You will be charged for each toll at the highest, undiscounted toll rate plus a $5.95 convenience fee for each calendar day when tolls are incurred. There is no maximum PlatePass® convenience fee.

On which Toll roads can PlatePass be used?

PlatePass® is currently available on multiple toll roads in multiple states across the U.S. and in Puerto Rico.

Will the costs be automatically charged?

Charges usually appear on the credit or debit card statement within 1-3 weeks after the rental agreement has closed. Charges will not appear on your rental invoice.

What does your customer need to do, if he doesn’t want to use PlatePass?

Make sure the transponder remains fully within the shield box and pay all tolls with cash
